Cooking Demonstrations
The Interbay Farmers Market regularly presents cooking demonstrations featuring great chefs from neighborhood restaurants showing the public how to prepare extraordinary dishes simply, using fresh, delicious and nutritious local ingredients from the market. If these chefs can make such incredible dishes on a folding table using a butane burner under a tent in a parking lot, you can certainly do it at home.
